Basic garlic dosages:

Eat two to four grams of fresh, minced garlic clove each day.

In tablet or capsule form, 1000 to 3000 mg should be taken per day.

If using a garlic infusion, four grams should be added to 150 ml of water a day.

Garlic oil should be taken three times a day in .03 to .12 ml doses.

Garlic paste: Peel one raw clove of garlic, mash to a pulp, garlic paste is great to use on insect bites and stings and minor scrapes and burns.

Garlic oil: Slice a peeled garlic clove and put it in a small amount of olive oil. Heat the mixture just briefly, cool and then strain it to remover the pieces of cloves.
